Maintenance telah berkembang menjadi salah satu fungsi vital dalam operasi pabrik maupun perusahaan secara umum karena memiliki pengaruh tidak hanya terhadap aspek operasional tetapi juga aspek keselamatan (safety) dan lingkungan (environment). Peserta diharapkan dapat mengenal dan memahami manajemen maintenance tersebut sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan kegiatan maintenance yang dilakukan.

• Optimization of running operation of assets along with its preservation at all times their functions?

2. New Paradigm in Modern Maintenance and Failure Management
• New paradigm of modern maintenance management approach, to totally transform the archaic maintenance conducts to a new, logical, and effective maintenance management of the future?
• Understanding the differences between failure management and failure prevention to preserve function of assets in their performance standards
3. Successful and Proven Maintenance Technique and Methodology in Industries
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) its foundation and strength
• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) its foundation and strength
• Human resources management of change in future maintenance management
• Beware to system operation and maintenance procedures that is not optimized by RCM procedure that can caused catastrophic accidents to the assets
