DESKRIPSI TRAINING
Training ini membahas mengenai bagaimana teknik Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) membantu dalam membuat keputusan secara strategis, apakah dengan mengeluarkan biaya yang efektif dengan risiko yang dapat di reduksi bisa dilakukan? Teknik CBA juga dapat digunakan untuk menyeimbangkan antara proyek dan cost yang dikeluarkan. Sehingga pada pelatihan ini peserta akan diberikan teknik-teknik dan cara-cara yang digunakan dalam mengelola biaya untuk perawatan, dan perencana proyek yang memiliki tingkat resiko yang tinggi. Metode ini juga dapat digunakan untuk menilai risiko kerja di perusahaan (risk assessment).
TUJUAN TRAINING
Setelah mengikuti training ini diharapkan peserta dapat memahami metode CBA, penguasaan teknis dan aplikasi secara menyeluruh baik untuk bagian perencanaan, perawatan, manajemen proyek maupun pekerjaan yang memiliki tingkat risiko yang tinggi.
